Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our Transformation Management Office at ITV. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective communications for our priority transformation programmes, including Rights and Content Sales and Contract Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a communications plan to engage senior stakeholders and end-users
  • Lead the development of communications content using a range of formats and in line with ITV's brand and tone
  • Collaborate with ITV's Internal Communications team to identify and utilize relevant communications channels
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments to develop tailored and relevant Communications Plans
  • Manage the storage of communications content and measure its effectiveness
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Communications Specialist role, leading the development and delivery of content
  • Previous experience working on a change or transformation programme
  • Proven experience of managing a communications plan to time
  • A solid understanding of communications principles, methodology, and tools
  • Experience of developing content in a variety of formats using different communication tools
  • Experience of working with innovative tools and being creative with the way technical content is presented
  • A proven ability to engage teams at all levels
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
