About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a robust people services operation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to staff on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to deliver a comprehensive people services operation, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct employee relations casework, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in HR, with experience in employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
