HR Generalist

Location: Manchester

Salary: £35k - £40k

We are working with a reputable organisation who are looking for 2 HR Advisors to join their team on a 12 months FTC basis. The roles have been created due to a new HR system being implemented within the business and the current HR Advisors being seconded over.

The business is undergoing a significant transformation and growth project, which may lead to permanent roles becoming available in the future.

As an HR Advisor, you will report to the HR Business Partners and be responsible for supporting the wider business and the running of the HR function.

• Act as the initial point of contact for HR to deal with day-to-day enquiries
• Handle disciplinary procedures and resolve grievances
• Onboard and induct new starters
• Manage prolonged or persistent sickness absence
• Process requests for changes, such as personal changes or work conditions
• Maintain various spreadsheets
• Conduct return to work interviews
• Provide exit interviews
• Review all appraisals and probation
• Assist with company policies
