Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to work with our partner school in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with SEN and making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, focusing on their academic, emotional, and social development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to create and implement individualised learning plans.
  • Support students with behaviour management, confidence building, and relationship development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications).
  • A strong commitment to supporting students with SEN and promoting their educational success.
Estimated Salary and Pay

The estimated daily rate for this role is £84.00, plus 7% statutory holiday pay. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our staff.
