Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Assistant to join our team at Alzheimer Scotland.

About the Role:

  • Provide financial support to the finance team, including bank and sales processing, reconciliation, and general administration.
  • Assist with purchase ledger, direct debit processing, and other financial tasks.
  • Work with a range of office systems, including Microsoft 365 and databases or financial systems.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong finance and administrative experience in a complex organisation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume transactional finance environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and databases or financial systems.
