We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Assistant to join our team at Alzheimer Scotland.
About the Role:
- Provide financial support to the finance team, including bank and sales processing, reconciliation, and general administration.
- Assist with purchase ledger, direct debit processing, and other financial tasks.
- Work with a range of office systems, including Microsoft 365 and databases or financial systems.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Strong finance and administrative experience in a complex organisation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume transactional finance environment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and databases or financial systems.
