Sales and Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Hereford, United Kingdom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
About the Role:
This is a challenging position that requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, and negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue. With a focus on business growth, you will develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships, while staying updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. You must also be able to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, be self-motivated with a results-driven approach, and proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
