About the Job

We are seeking an Account Development Executive to join our team at Recruitment Direct. In this role as a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Tasks:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support the sales team with quoting, admin tasks, and order processing to enhance efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding quotations and orders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage in-bound calls and respond to customer enquiries
