Established for over 30 years, Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited specializes in managing and controlling groundwater levels and mitigating water-related issues in construction and environmental projects.

This role will see you responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration, negotiation, and finance management. You will ensure that our projects align with company goals and regulatory requirements, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. You will be the middleman between site and office.

Maintaining and sourcing new accounts and contracts for the business is a key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for contracts management and civil engineering experience, with a strong understanding of NEC 3 & 4.

We are looking for a Contracts Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration, negotiation, and finance management.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager with a background in Civil Engineering looking to make an impact in a fast-growing company with the opportunity to grow the department and assume overall responsibility of contracts from conception to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and sourcing new accounts and contracts for the business
  • Contracts Management and Civil Engineering experience, NEC 3 & 4
  • BA degree or similar field equivalent
