Senior Contracts Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at The Highfield Company. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide array of projects across the UK, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from tender to completion, ensuring they meet budget and schedule requirements.
  • Oversee the supply chain, ensuring the timely delivery of materials.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to meet project specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee site works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of Contracts Management experience in steel fabrication and site work in either a main contractor or sub-contractor.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Full driving license required.
  • Experience in managing teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Degree qualified would be highly desirable.
