Senior Contracts Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee and manage a wide array of projects across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards from tender through to project completion.

About the Role:

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will lead and manage projects from tender to completion, including design. You will liaise with clients and other stakeholders to meet project specifications and requirements. You will also coordinate and oversee site works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage projects from tender to completion, ensuring they meet budget and schedule requirements.

  4. Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and project outcomes.
  5. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of Contracts Management experience in steel fabrication and site work in either a main contractor or sub-contractor.
  2. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  4. Full driving license required.
  5. Experience in managing teams and subcontractors effectively.
