Experienced Residential Care Lead

We are recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Registered Manager for a small-sized residential care home in the Ashford area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care to residents with dementia.
About the Role:
The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care meet the required standards. This includes managing staff, coordinating care plans, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. A key requirement is having prior experience in managing older people or dementia care homes, along with strong staff management skills and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
Requirements:
