We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual with a strong customer service background to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office administrator or customer services administrator. They should also have experience with data entry and sales order input, as well as strong knowledge of office and administrative procedures and systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle general reception duties including liaising with hauliers/transport companies and visitors.
  • Manage customer emails and enquiries efficiently.
  • Input a high volume of customer orders daily with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the Customer Services Manager with administrative tasks.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience as an office administrator or customer services administrator.
  • Experience with data entry and sales order input.
  • Strong knowledge of office and administrative procedures and systems.
  • A welcoming, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a high level of English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure in a high-volume task environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000 per annum, pension scheme, 25 days holiday per annum, and a dynamic working environment.
