About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our community hospital team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assessing and Planning Care: You will assess the needs of patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  2. Providing Clinical Excellence: You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, maintaining agreed standards of care and promoting patient dignity, choices, and well-being.
  3. Leadership and Teamwork: You will work collaboratively with the Outpatients team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
  4. Professional Development: You will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge, including training to become a qualified Light Therapist and other nurse-led clinics.
