Senior Sales Strategist

A highly experienced sales professional is required to take on a senior role in our company's progressive and rapidly expanding construction sector business. We specialise in design, build and reactive maintenance services for leisure and hospitality industries as well as commercial and public sectors.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to develop and expand our construction and maintenance client portfolio working with our existing team and sales director. The successful candidate will help to drive the growth and profitability of the business through effective sales strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust and long-term sales strategy for new and repeat business.
- Liaise with key client relationship managers to maximise repeat business.
- Manage our sales tracker, ensuring regular calls with management team to ensure up-to-date sales information for the business.
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure targeted and managed marketing activities that maximise sales returns for the business.
- Industry knowledge in the construction sector is essential.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office systems and Teams.
- Working Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Knowledge of commercial construction, facilities management and/or commercial furnishing sales.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000, negotiable depending on experience, along with a company car or car allowance, all business mileage paid, company bonus scheme, company pension, laptop, iPad, and mobile phone. We also provide up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, paid leave during festive periods, and opportunities for training, development, and progression within our Concorde Culture programme.
