Job Role Overview

The role of Housing Options Officer is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires the ability to work with vulnerable clients, providing housing advice and support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide housing advice and support to vulnerable clients, including those who are homeless or in housing need.
  • Work closely with complex and often challenging cases, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
