About Agility Resoucing:
We are a rapidly growing company that requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Support Assistant.
Job Description:
- Administrative Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, document scanning, and filing.
- Bank Reconciliations: They will ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations, and update the daily cashflow statement.
- Payment Reconciliations: The Accounts Support Assistant will perform daily payment reconciliations, ensuring all payments are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Assisting with Month End Processes: They will assist with month-end processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in finance, excellent communication skills, and a strong working knowledge of Excel. They should also be studying towards or have completed an accounting qualification such as AAT.
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
