Job Description

OCC Computer Personnel is seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations to lead the overall success of our Organisation. As a senior management professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing budgets, and developing commercial strategies.

About the Role
  • Oversee the development and implementation of efficient operational processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and materials, to meet business objectives.
  • Identify potential risks in operations and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, including process optimisation, resource management, and risk management. You will also have experience in managing project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

What We Offer
  • An estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
