Contact Centre Agent

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in London. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for handling visa application procedures and providing information and guidance to applicants.
About the Role:This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, fully office-based for the first 3 months. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle applicant calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding visa application procedures, required documents, and application status updates.
- Participate in security-related training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest protocols and procedures.
- Report any security incidents to a supervisor immediately upon detection, maintaining confidentiality of personal information at all times.
- Respect applicants' religious beliefs and political views, upholding the company's values of equality and inclusivity.
- Fully comply with anti-corruption policies and maintain confidentiality regarding company-related information.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client feedback or questions related to service quality or company image.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by a supervisor to support team operations, embracing a flexible and dynamic work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Administrative proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in any other language is an advantage.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working face-to-face in a customer service role or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
