Passenger Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Passenger Services Supervisor to join our team at London Heathrow Airport.

As a Passenger Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities within Passenger Services, including check-in, boarding, and transfers. Your key responsibilities will include re-rostering and allocating staffing per skillset within the daily Passenger Services activity on shift, ensuring that Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, health & safety, agreed quality standards, and performance targets.

Key Requirements:

  1. Expert knowledge of DCS systems
  2. Excellent customer service skills
  3. Ability to work in a difficult and demanding environment
  4. Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent
  5. Sound knowledge of company procedures of all customer airlines and service level agreements
  6. Proven experience in all areas of Passenger Services
  7. Experience of supervising medium/large numbers of staff
  8. Good organisational skills
  9. Allocating staff experience (Preferred)
  10. Minimum of 1 year customer service - face-to-face experience
