Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Care Supervisor to join our team at London Care Limited. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and implementation of care worker rotas to ensure the seamless delivery of care services.
  • Conduct regular reviews of individual services to assess and address the needs of our clients.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs to ensure comprehensive care planning.
  • Provide on-site supervision and evaluation of care worker practice to ensure competence and adherence to standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users.
  • Ability to work in partnership with service users, their families, carers, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic packages of care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and support care workers.
