Job Title: Head of Landscape Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Landscape Management to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our Estate Services department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance of the green infrastructure within our estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement landscape improvement projects within budget and ensure value for money, competitive purchasing, and accountability for expenditure.
  • Manage the Landscape Management Department's budgets and ensure efficient and effective landscape management services.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the goals of the Landscape Management Department are transparent and understood.
  • Work proactively with the Assistant Director of Estate Services in the procurement of new landscaping business and project manage external contracts.
  • Ensure the provision of an efficient and effective landscape management service and address staff issues in line with Poplar HARCA procedures.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications in Landscape Maintenance and Tree Management.
  • Experience of managing staff within a land-based industry discipline.
  • Experience of successfully managing change in the workplace affecting staff members.
  • Biodiversity Action Plans and Implementation (desirable).
