Job Summary:

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Gardener to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our landscape design company, you will be responsible for overseeing residential projects and ensuring the highest standards of work are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of gardeners on site, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement hard landscaping plans, including fencing, decking, and paving.
  • Liaise with clients directly to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage on-site paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Source and order materials as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Adhere to company standards and expectations for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize excellent horticultural knowledge to identify and address plant-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in gardening and landscaping, with a strong understanding of hard landscaping principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Full clean UK driving license and willingness to work out of London with occasional overnight stays.
