Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis – Interpret macroeconomic data and labour market trends to provide actionable insights to our clients.
  • Pricing Expertise – Develop expertise in contingent labour pricing, using various salary/rate data sources and methodologies.
  • Market Research – Conduct regular and ad-hoc market research to support our Programme Office teams in their conversations with client stakeholders.
  • Industry Expertise – Stay up-to-date with industry and local market knowledge to become a subject matter expert.
  • Data Manipulation – Clean and manipulate data from various databases to support the Market Analytics team.
  • Implementation Support – Serve as a workstream lead on new client implementations or current client expansion efforts.
Requirements:
  • Be a critical thinker with excellent analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership in your work.
  • Be collaborative in nature, comfortable with working as part of a remote distributed team.
  • Possess excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with SQL and data visualisation tools.
