About the Role

We're ASOS, a leading online fashion retailer, and we're looking for a talented Senior CRM Insights Analyst to join our Marketing Insights team.

As a Senior CRM Insights Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping our Marketing stakeholders understand how to drive business growth through data-driven analysis and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to test and optimize marketing activity across Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, and CRM.
  • Use multiple platforms, datasets, and tools to produce robust marketing insights.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to deliver a clear story to stakeholders.
  • Work with other insight teams and 3rd parties to produce impactful, cohesive analysis.
  • Advocate for new processes and methodologies to improve accuracy of insights.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business while communicating and managing priorities effectively.
  • Support and evaluate testing to understand campaign performance, measure incrementality, and calculate RO.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good knowledge of key analytical tools & languages (SQL, Adobe, Python).
  • Strong e-commerce/Marketing analytics knowledge.
