About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a Barchester care home in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on care, including administering medication, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices

About You:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in care home settings is desirable, but not essential.
