About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home in Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prioritizes person-centred care and takes a thoughtful approach to nursing.
