We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Nurse Manager (General) at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing care that meets the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference to our residents' day-to-day lives
- Plan rotas, recruit, train, and mentor staff
- Build relationships with local regulators and social services
- Take ownership of your unit and drive improvements to achieve quality care
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You will have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
