Nurse Leadership Role in Lisnaskea Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions in the Lisnaskea area.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse to take on a leadership role and oversee nursing staff, ensuring effective patient care and smooth operations within their unit.
The successful candidate will have a blend of clinical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to build positive relationships with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with a highly motivated team to provide the highest quality care to residents.
- Carry out administration of medicines according to policy and procedure.
- Maintain accurate records at all times.
- Provide clinical care where required.
- Assist the Nurse manager and manage a team of nurses in the home.
- Enhanced overtime rates
- Enhanced Bank holiday rates
- Provided meals
- Ongoing training
- Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse
- 6+ months of Nursing/ Charge Nurse experience
- Valid NMC registration
We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary of £46,176 per annum (or £22.20ph), as well as the benefits listed above.
