Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Excellence and Quality to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team responsible for Business Excellence and Quality Assurance of our Small Gas Turbines (SGT) business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Direct resources for improvement projects related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), quality, and people management standards.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality management and business excellence.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or professional certification in quality management or a related field is desirable.
