We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Strategist to join our team at Summit, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in online retailing. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive measurable value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement paid social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop compelling pitches.
- Own the delivery of training across paid social media, ensuring all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute campaigns effectively.
- Develop and document best practices for paid social media channels, ensuring consistency and excellence in our approach.
- Actively engage with senior account managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee the performance team from a BAU execution perspective, ensuring our day-to-day operations are best in class.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance our paid social media capabilities.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Paid Social Media Strategist with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. You will have:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with awareness and direct response campaigns.
- Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders and clients.
- Familiarity with delivering across a range of PPC, programmatic display, and paid social platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics packages such as GA, Coremetrics, and Adobe.
- Proficiency in supporting others with performance challenges, driving insights, and developing appropriate strategies.
As a reward for your time and dedication, we offer a competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible working, up to 29 days' holiday per year, free parking, and a bonus scheme based on company profits.
