Job Title: Care Companion
We are seeking a Care Companion to work with a client in their own home in West Horsley. The ideal candidate will be active, willing to get stuck in, and able to hold meaningful conversations.
Responsibilities:
- To closely observe and monitor the client for any clinical intervention required.
- To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
- To be fun, friendly, and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
- To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
- To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Confident supporting clients with complex care needs.
- Previous care experience of 3 months full time or 6 months part time in a professional UK environment.
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
- Flexibility to offer availability at short notice, including weekend shifts.
- Right to work in the UK.
