We are seeking an experienced Support Care Manager to join our client's team in Norfolk, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live their life their way.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the team effectively
- Supervise and appraise staff
- Ensure quality and compliance, including financial audits and support plan updates
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate person-centred planning meetings
- Attend review meetings for service users
- Provide on-call support as needed
- Build positive relationships with families and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism
