As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for providing clear and sustained leadership of site planning activities, ensuring adherence to project directives and ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive planning related deliverables, including programme updates, critical paths, issues of concern, and reports.
  • Offer expert guidance to the Site Director and project team on critical or potentially critical issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Project Planning Manager to address planning-related issues with clients, including participation in regular meetings and discussions.
  • Work closely with contracts leads to identify potential delays by site subcontractors and provide time impact analysis and substantiation to support claims.
  • Support the Project Planning Manager in identifying potential delays caused by customers and provide time impact analysis and substantiation to support claims for extension of time.
  • Maintain commercial awareness across the construction scope to support earliest revenue recognition and cash inflow.
  • Draft and validate site rebaselining of programmes, ensuring that rebaselined programmes meet recognised good practice in terms of logic, constraints, and float.
  • Adhere to New Build planning processes, procedures, methodologies, and tools, including Primavera software (P6).
  • Update the planning close-out report during the project lifecycle.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Expertise in substantiating delay claims is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in planning tools, including Primavera software (P6), and strong computer skills, including MS Office and database tools.
