Corecruitment Opportunity: Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our delivery operations in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving delivery sales while ensuring profitability targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in food service operations, preferably with a focus on delivery or multi-channel services. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as a proven track record managing third-party delivery platforms like UberEats or Deliveroo.

About the Role:
  • Oversee all aspects of delivery operations, guaranteeing customers receive the same quality, service, and food standards as they would in-store.
  • Strategically drive delivery sales and ensure profitability targets are met by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and technology teams to enhance delivery services and develop campaigns that resonate with customers.
  • Partner with platforms like UberEats and Deliveroo to negotiate agreements, launch campaigns, and integrate technology solutions to strengthen our presence.
  • Support and develop delivery managers, empowering them with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of food service operations experience, ideally with a focus on delivery or multi-channel services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • A proven track record managing third-party delivery platforms (aggregators) like UberEats or Deliveroo.
