About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our team at Promote Project. As a senior individual contributor, you will be responsible for developing the design vision and delivering complex design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Visionary: Develop and deliver a design vision prioritizing a great, coherent user experience, using the full range of your product design skills.
  • Culture Builder: Actively participate in building and improving design culture, processes, and ways of working across the organization.
  • User-Centric Design: Be the voice of user-centric design, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.
  • Design Leader: Share your design knowledge and insight across the organization, influencing a variety of stakeholders across Product, Tech, and senior management.
  • Mentor and Coach: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to help other designers grow professionally and achieve their goals.

Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering complex design projects.
  • Skills: Strong product design skills, including user experience, user interface, and interaction design.
  • Education: A degree in design or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English (en-US).
