Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to take charge of calendar management, client onboarding, financial administration, client compliance, office coordination, and client records maintenance. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, email correspondence, and other day-to-day office operations while providing exceptional client service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to work independently are also essential. Additionally, you should have a can-do attitude, be tech-savvy, and enjoy helping clients deliver top-tier experiences.
