About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Partnerships Associate to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners to drive new growth opportunities, leveraging your understanding of our business goals and learnings from previous partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential targets, including brands, companies, and influencers, and own the outreach process to secure new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to structure partnerships and work closely with our brand, creative, and marketing teams to develop assets required for successful partnerships.
  • Take primary responsibility for the launch and ongoing management of commercial partnerships, ensuring seamless execution and evaluation of campaign success.
  • Work closely with peers across other markets to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement and growth.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks, such as merchandising, trading during peak periods, and supporting B2B customers.
What You'll Love About This Role
