Commercial Partnerships Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Partnerships Associate to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prioritize potential partners to drive new growth opportunities, leveraging your understanding of our business goals and learnings from previous partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential targets, including brands, companies, and influencers, and own the outreach process to secure new partnerships.
- Collaborate with our commercial team to structure partnerships and work closely with our brand, creative, and marketing teams to develop assets required for successful partnerships.
- Take primary responsibility for the launch and ongoing management of commercial partnerships, ensuring seamless execution and evaluation of campaign success.
- Work closely with peers across other markets to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement and growth.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks, such as merchandising, trading during peak periods, and supporting B2B customers.
- Recent or current graduate looking for a 12-month (full-time) placement, with flexibility on length if 9 months is preferred.
- Previous sales, partnerships, or account management experience is a plus.
- Collaborative style that enables you to work with a range of different people and teams, fostering open and inclusive discussion.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in international business, marketing, or economics.
- Care about the detail and are enthusiastic, passionate, and keen to deliver impactful results.
