Head of Pricing and Actuarial Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Pricing to join our team at CLFIS Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and leading our pricing strategy, ensuring that our products are competitively priced and meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement pricing strategies for individual annuities and equity release mortgages, ensuring that they are fair, transparent, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of pricing professionals, including actuaries and analysts, to ensure that our pricing models are accurate, reliable, and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, risk, and commercial, to ensure that our pricing strategies align with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and regulators, to ensure that our pricing strategies meet their needs and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure that our pricing strategies remain competitive and compliant.
- Proven experience in pricing and actuarial leadership, with a strong understanding of individual annuities and equity release mortgages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of pricing professionals, including actuaries and analysts.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
