- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of pricing professionals, ensuring compliance with all corporate policies and standards.
- Present at a senior level on pricing decisions and commercial impacts, using strong influencing skills to drive best value for Retirement business and CLUK.
- Commercially driven manager with experience of building high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of UK Individual Annuity and Equity Release Mortgage markets.
- Strong influencing skills and experience of managing senior stakeholders across a number of disciplines.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to communicate complex technical and pricing concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
- Able to build relationships and collaborate with people at all levels.
