Join Our Team as a Senior Reward Professional

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a high-growth, fast-paced business seeking a commercial Senior Reward Professional to lead and enable a high-performing Reward function.

About the Role

This hybrid role requires a commercial thinking, results-driven individual to report directly to the CPO. As a core member of the People Leadership team and wider leadership group, you will be responsible for setting up and leading a Reward function from scratch, covering all aspects of Compensation and Benefits for all levels of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct an initial review and analysis of the business to assess requirements and propose a comprehensive plan for implementation.
  2. Supply crucial data, analytics, and insights to the CPO to inform decisions that shape the business.
  3. Maintain a competitive edge by staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends, applying a strategic and creative lens to attract and retain staff and ensure a competitive offering for all roles in all markets.
  4. Review and update the benefits package, actively collecting and reviewing employee feedback, and delivering complex projects in expedited timeframes.
Requirements

This role requires a reward expert with exceptional analytical skills, the ability to draw and communicate insights from data and analysis, and a strategic and creative approach to compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
