Director of Organisational Capability

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Director of Organisational Capability to join our client in Liverpool. This is a senior leadership role that requires a highly experienced individual with a strong background in organisational development, talent management, and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of talent development professionals to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to understand organisational needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.
  • Implementing digital learning solutions to improve accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform talent development strategies and measure program impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational development, talent management, and learning, with experience in driving strategic change and improving organisational performance. They will be a skilled communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
