About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Retail Manager to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Create an atmosphere where delivering amazing experiences, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes is at the core of everything we do.
  • Deliver the best possible Bath & Body Works experience in store, including advising and selling products while being an ambassador for the brand and maintaining the store's appearance.
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store meets all legal and compliance requirements.
  • Work alongside the team to drive operational and commercial activities.
  • Show resilience during periods of change and adapt to feedback to continue driving results.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.

  • The ability to plan, organise, and prioritise your workload as an effective multitasker.
About the Salary

The salary for this role is approximately £37,250 per year, based on the 37.25 hours per week schedule mentioned in the job description.

Benefits and Requirements

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, so candidates are encouraged to consider their own right to work options without NEXT sponsorship.
