Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Power Station Administrator to join our team at Manpower UK - RISE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting outage reporting, department training requirements, and work order card printing and closure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support outage reporting and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Support department training requirements and develop training materials as needed.
  • Support work order card printing and closure, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Produce high-quality meeting packs for executive-level board meetings.
  • Operate as the department evaluator, providing objective feedback and recommendations.
  • Lead continuous improvement systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Be a champion on-site for outage activities, providing support and guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Intranet management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support the delivery of engaging messages to station staff.
  • High-volume administration experience, including systems and database administration.
  • Ability to work without close supervision, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and personal information.
  • A resourceful individual who is flexible in approach and able to multitask.
