Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled TikTok Marketing Strategist to join our team at Soar With Us, a leading TikTok marketing agency in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive business growth for our clients on the TikTok platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy Development: Build performance-driven creative strategies for D2C brands on TikTok, leveraging your expertise in social media marketing and the TikTok algorithm.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, TSR, and Hold-Rate to drive creative optimization and reporting.
  • UGC Management: Ensure the delivery of high-quality UGC TikTok content consistently for each client account, managing creator relationships and ensuring all creative KPIs are met.
  • Influencer Management: Lead the hunt for partnerships with brands and creators, finding authentic matches, managing relationships, and negotiating terms within budget.
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends on TikTok and potential new content angles, ensuring our team's knowledge is always current.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of agency experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media and TikTok from a commercial angle.
  • Experience managing digital marketing projects and working with influencers.
  • 6+ months of hands-on experience with the TikTok platform.
  • Highly organized individuals with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to understand human psychology, sociology, and why people buy things.
