Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Grosvenor Talent Limited. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the North region, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North region, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead Qualification and Management: Qualify and manage leads to ensure that they are properly assessed and prioritized for sales opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all agreements are properly documented and executed.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Proven Success: A minimum of 5 years of experience in new business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Hunter Mentality: A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with an unyielding drive to uncover new business and close deals.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust, and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Negotiation Prowess: A skilled negotiator able to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
  • Presentation Expertise: The ability to craft compelling presentations and proposals that leave a lasting impression.
  • Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with frameworks, bids/tenders, and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries with large product catalogs (e.g., Plant/Temporary Works Hire) is a plus.

Hybrid/Remote Working:

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely on the road and from home, with occasional visits to the South Coast HQ.
