Job Opportunity for SEN College

Career Teachers is seeking a skilled educator to fill the role of Functional Skills Teacher at our SEN College in Southwark.

Compensation: £35,000 - £45,000 per year

About the Position

This position involves teaching employability skills to students with various learning difficulties and disabilities. The candidate will collaborate with external organizations to provide outreach programs.

  • Deliver employability skills training on outreach programs
Necessary Qualifications
  • Diploma in Education and Training (DET) or equivalent teaching certification
  • Experience in teaching Functional Skills and employability courses up to Level 2
  • Current experience teaching students with special education needs and learning barriers
  • Ability to design effective employment educational programs for individuals with disabilities and SEMH
