Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we deliver bespoke care and support to young people, enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs in their own homes.
  • Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Utilise skills in Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning, Tracheostomy Tube Change, ventilation via Tracheostomy, and Ventilation via a mask to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Be available for last-minute shifts to support the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working with people with clinical complex needs.
  • Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning, Tracheostomy Tube Change, ventilation via Tracheostomy, and Ventilation via a mask skills.
  • Ability to travel to clients' homes.
