Job Title: Technical Services Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Delivery Manager to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of technical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement resource management strategies to maximize efficiency across the department.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Technical Services managers to ensure the right resources are in place for every project.
  • Monitor resource utilization and tackle any bottlenecks head-on, making sure we're always one step ahead.
  • Ensure targets like project delivery, response time, and first-time fix rates are consistently achieved.
  • Develop and mentor your team, fostering a culture of proactive service, continuous learning, and excellence.
  • Lead by example, ensuring Health & Safety and compliance standards are always top priority.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth for the department.
What You'll Achieve:
  • First 6 Months: Complete role-specific training, build strong internal networks, and start regular check-ins with your team.
  • First 12 Months: Align annual objectives and performance metrics with business needs, collaborate with other managers, and lead the way in developing a high-performance culture.
  • 18 Months: Implement metrics to measure success, lead continuous coaching and professional development, and identify and champion new growth opportunities.
About You:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or business.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in resource management within a technical services or project-based environment.
  • Has proven experience managing remote, multi-skilled teams.
  • Is a motivational leader, adept at change management, and thrives on driving performance.
  • Is a collaborative networker, excellent at building relationships and inspiring others.
