About the Role

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can drive resource planning initiatives, lead a talented team, and shape the future of our technical services. As a Technical Services Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative resource management strategies to maximize efficiency across the department.

You'll work closely with Sales, Projects, and Technical Services managers to ensure the right resources are in place for every project. Your expertise in problem-solving and optimization will help you tackle any bottlenecks head-on, ensuring we're always one step ahead.

As a leader, you'll empower your team to deliver exceptional results, foster a culture of proactive service, and drive performance. You'll also ensure safety and compliance standards are always top priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resource management strategies to maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Technical Services managers to ensure resource allocation
  • Monitor resource utilization and tackle bottlenecks
  • Drive performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved
  • Empower your team to deliver exceptional results
  • Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
What You'll Achieve

In the first 6 months, you'll complete role-specific training, build strong internal networks, and start regular check-ins with your team. In the first 12 months, you'll align annual objectives and performance metrics with business needs, collaborate with other managers, and lead the way in developing a high-performance culture.

After 18 months, you'll implement metrics to measure success, lead continuous coaching and professional development, and identify and champion new growth opportunities.

About You

We're looking for someone with a degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or business. You'll need 3+ years of experience in resource management within a technical services or project-based environment. Proven experience managing remote, multi-skilled teams is essential.

You'll be a motivational leader, adept at change management, and thrive on driving performance. You'll also be a collaborative networker, excellent at building relationships and inspiring others.
