About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead our technical services team. As a Technical Services Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative resource management strategies to maximize efficiency across the department.

You'll work closely with Sales, Projects, and Technical Services managers to ensure the right resources are in place for every project. Your goal will be to drive performance, ensure targets are consistently achieved, and empower your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resource management strategies to maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Technical Services managers to ensure resource allocation
  • Monitor resource utilization and tackle bottlenecks to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Drive performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved
  • Empower your team to excel through coaching and development

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or business
  • Has 3+ years of experience in resource management within a technical services or project-based environment
  • Has proven experience managing remote, multi-skilled teams
  • Is a motivational leader, adept at change management, and thrives on driving performance
